« We were suppose to stay in another hotel, but was changed at the last minute. The original hotel was as bad too. This hotel is very gloomy and small. The toilet was so slippery, they had to provide us with something to wipe the water in the bathroom. Overall, it was ok.. came to perform our Umrah and this is a part of the package by the travel agency.... »

« Stayes here for 5 nights in January 2020. Facilities ok. No housekeeping service for 5 days. Need to call them so many times to ask them to clean up the room but also never showed up. The only good thing about this hotel is the location. Easy for women. Near gate 25 to raudhah.

« Pros:
1. Convenient location, 3-5 min walk to masjid al nabawi.
2. many convenient stores, restaurants, money exchanger, taxi stands and vending machines nearby.

3. lots of bangla restaurants 5 min walking distance.

4. Street shops in 5 min walking distance.

5. rooms were average size with good quality sleeps since it was noiseless and cheap.

Cons:
1. Furnitures are crying out for an immediate replacement.

2. they do not make up rooms until you request them and even of done it's done a a minimum level. that's never right.

3. There's no room service. I had to down stair 3 times to get my locked door opened.

Summary:
Hotel service in mecca and madina is overall poor in standard if you are not in 5 star hotels. But going in these places are not for luxury and you mostly will be in the al haram therefore if you can compromise the luxury comfort, this hotel is a good burgain at cheap price.

« i got this room for 2 through umrah agency. room comfortable but not equip with kettle or tea making facility. not even bottled drinking water. my own rating will be 2 star only. distance to mosque about 400 meter. for a wheelchair user u have to cross 2 main road to get to the mosque, ang wheelchair passage more often blocked by parked cars.

« I was along with my wife and my mother who is a senior citizen, when we reached hotel nobody help me for removing the baggage from the Car, when I asked help with bellboy, he rejected and said first check the availability. SInce i have confirmed the rooms well in advance through online portal, i was carrying the voucher with me, but at reception the concern person does not understand English and 1 Bengali person who is again a Bellboy rudely said the hotel is overbooked and we will not get rooms, you check the supplier through whom you have booked the hotel, I said we have more luggage and at 9.30 pm I cannot change the hotel, finally after 2 hours of waiting they have given us the room which was a triple room and we have booked quad because we need more space, but we adjusted and stayed 1 night in the same room, next day after struggling a lot they have given us another room key, when we enter the room, it was not check out, all the personal belongings were lying in the room, we just came out and complain at the reception , than they have given us another room.

In Five days they have not even given us 1 towel and they reason they said is shortage of Towel due to over booked rooms,

ABOUT POSITIVE POINT IS, everything is at a walk able distance, Masjid al Nabawi gate no. 22, which is the main gate for entrance for Ladies and Gents is aaprox. less than 400 miters, Shopping and Pakistani Restuarants are within 200 Miters,

So, If you are travelling with Ladies than this location will be the best, ... »

« The bathrooms are really dirty and the rooms are not up to standard on lower floors. We asked for a room change and got moved to the 12th floor. Quality was much better. The breakfast was good. All sorts of food and the staff were very polite. We got new towels and bed sheet changed when requested and even got our room vacuumed etc. However lifts did take a while and was frustrating during prayer time as everyone is using the lifts and was extremely slow. It’s located really close to masjid Nabawi, took less than 5 minutes.... »

« I recently visited this hotel during my Umrah trip, The staff are very nice and caring the hotel facilities are also very good shame the coffee bar doesn’t open at 6am after fajar prayer
Rooms are very spacious and can sleep 5 at a stretch

« A nice hotel which needs updating. The beds and rooms are adequate so is the shower. Lifts can get busy the shop downstairs is nice but the guy who runs it needs to be friendly. Close to harem and shopping.... »
